What are the earrings posts made from?

In our Perla and Turkiye ranges, our earring posts are made from surgical steel to ensure a safe and strong foundation. Plating is applied to give their lustrous finishes, in gold or silver tones. In our Elegante range, our earring posts are made from the same lightweight brass as the earring itself, for an airy but extravagant piece.
What types of stones are used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery features freshwater pearls in our Pearl range and semi-precious stones in our Elegante and Turkish jewellery ranges.
Where are you located?

We are an online store, proudly owned and run from Fremantle, near Perth, in Western Australia.
How can I make the most of my jewellery?

Our beautiful boho earrings are designed to be worn with care. We recommend you put on your jewellery after you've finished showering, applying makeup and doing your hair, since water, steam, intense heat, and beautification products can impact the longevity of your jewellery. The better you take care of your jewellery, the better it will endure.
My jewellery needs to be cleaned. What steps should I take?

We recommend you clean items with a soft cloth and don’t over-do the rubbing. Please don’t use any jewellery cleaners or solutions, as they all contain unique combinations of chemicals so we can't guarantee they won't damage your special product. You can use a clean toothbrush to gently rub out any build up. If by accident they become submerged or wet, please blotch dry using a soft clean cloth. Lotions and perfumes may cause discoloration.
Is it normal for the colour of my products to change?

For the first few wears, your jewellery is likely to look like a very rich gold, similar to an 18-22K gold finish. With wear, the plating will mellow and blend more with 9-14K gold. Silver-plated items have less perceptible colour changes. We expect that with proper care, you will get plenty of wear from your beautiful accessories. Please see our care instructions to make the most of your jewellery.
Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship throughout Australia, anywhere that Australia Post will accept. We offer flat-rate shipping for orders under $100, or free Express shipping for orders over $100. We do not usually offer overseas shipping, but if you are desperate for an item please let us know and we can calculate the shipping cost for you.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We will carefully prepare and ship your items within 2 business days, using the Australia Post Express Post service. We will provide you with a tracking number to follow your package. Using this tracking number, you can see the approximate time until your parcel will arrive. Much like the weather, shipping times are outside of our control.
The purchase is a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are happy to offer complimentary gift wrapping. Please let us know in the Cart before checkout.
How is the jewellery boxed?

Your items will be beautifully presented in our bespoke, Ruby & Myrtle custom packaging.
